IMI Level 2 Award in MOT Testing (Class 5) + Demo

MOT Training for Class 5 vehicles: This course enables technicians to work on private passenger vehicles, ambulances, motor caravans and dual-purpose vehicles.

Do you want to become a fully qualified MOT Tester? Then join us on our fully tailored & supported training course. This is a great opportunity to develop your existing skills and extend your knowledge around the MOT testing routine.

The course will consist of practical training at our state-of-the-art training facility. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest connected equipment, and you will be training on our very own class 5 minivan. Throughout the day you will receive support from our experienced, qualified teachers. Later, for your DVSA demonstration test, we will be there to assist you.

Requirements

If you want to carry out tests on a class 5 vehicle, you must have already completed the qualification for Class 4 & 7 Testing and have passed this year’s current assessment within 6 months of completing the course.

You will then need to complete additional training specific to testing class 5 vehicles and another DVSA MOT demonstration test.

We can arrange all of this for you at our centre, with our own vehicles.
