Online/Blended – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Calibration – Training:VSB41-B

Who is this course for?
This course is designed for vehicle technicians and body repair workshops who are working on ADAS equipped vehicles. This course contains information on the various different systems fitted. Trainees will have the opportunity to carry out the calibration of different ADAS sensors, using the Bosch DAS 3000. The assessment consists of an online multiple choice knowledge test & practical assessment.

Only Bosch equipment is used on this training course, however users of other manufacturers’ ADAS equipment may also benefit

Course Content
This course consists of three 2 hour online modules and a
half day face-to-face practical assessment.

  • Module 1: Workshop set up, Wheel Alignment
  • Module 2: ADAS Code of Practice, Use of the Bosch KTS and ESI[tronic] 2.0, ADAS set up & positioning software programs
  • Module 3: Practical tasks featuring DAS 3000, PPE, VPE, Best Practice & assessment preview
  • Module 4: IMI Level 2 2 practical & online knowledge assessment.

    Prerequisites

  • A knowledge of wheel alignment (VSC28) & diagnostic scan tools would be beneficial

    Remember to complete and email an IMI Candidate Registration Form to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to the course.
    Failure to do so may result in not being able to undergo the course.

    Attainment
    IMI Level 2 Award in Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Calibration.
