Designed for heavy-duty cleaning of small and medium floors, the Kärcher BR 40/10 C is a compact, cost-effective scrubber dryer that delivers exceptional cleaning results while being safe and easy to use. Powerful and fast, it's low enough to clean under obstacles such as desks.

• Fast, powerful cleaning - This machine produces superb results on heavily soiled floors thanks to two high-speed counter-rotating roller brushes, which deliver high contact pressure. Two suction lips recover the water, whatever direction you're cleaning in.
• Clean under obstacles - Low ground clearance means this machine can easily clean under desks and other obstacles. Simply fold down the push handle for effortless cleaning in either direction.
• Easy to fill and empty - The twin tank system makes it easy and safe to empty and refill this machine.
• Easy to move - Large transport wheels mean this machine is easy to move over long distances, and even up stairs.
